The All Inclusive Turks and Caicos Wedding package is free at the Beaches Turks and Caicos Resort. You can book any room category and you must stay at least 5 nights. Upgraded packages are also available. Please don't hesitate to call one of our Certified Beaches Specialists if you need help with anything. We can easily walk you through the whole process.

· One 5" x 7" wedding photograph
· Honeymoon dinner for bride and groom

$700 government processing fee is not included. This fee will be waived
if you stay in a Concierge level room or higher for 6 nights or longer. In the months of May, September and October this fee is waived for all room categories for 6 nights or longer.
Payment policy for All Inclusive Weddings and Renewal of Vows is a $200 deposit within 7 days of booking. No deposit will be due if you choose the free wedding and qualify for all fees to be waived. Final balance is due 60 days prior to travel. Cancellation policy for Weddings is non-refundable within 45 days to travel.

Beaches Turks and Caicos Wedding Requirements |

Requirements:
· Bride and Groom must be in the Turks and Caicos 3 business days prior to the ceremony & day of arrival, weekends & holidays do not count.
· Wedding dates and times are subject to availability.
· Wedding times are between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
· Time and date availability on Sundays are very limited.
· Minimum age is 18
· Blood tests are not required
Documents Required:
· Certified copies of Bride’s and Groom’s Birth Certificates
· Completed Wedding Reservation Form
· 2 Notarized Affidavits of Spinstership/Bachelorhood (a sworn statement incdicating either party has never been married)
· Certified and complete copies of any legal documents that have affected your name or marital status, i.e. divorce decrees, death certificate, name change, adoption papers

How to Book a Beaches Resort Wedding Package in Turks & Caicos |

We make it very simple for you.
1. First book your travel package online or over the phone. Do not pay your deposit yet, just put a complimentary 24 hour hold on your reservation.
2. Second, reserve your wedding date and time. This requires that you call us at (800) 811-1888, or if you prefer, you can email your request to info@honeymoonsinc.com (please include your resort of choice, time request, and full names of Bride and Groom).
You need to coordinate these first 2 steps, and then you’re practically finished.
3. Third, make a deposit on your travel package & make a deposit on your wedding package if necessary. If you want the CareFree wedding and you're staying 6 nights or longer in a premium room or higher, a wedding deposit is not required.
4. Fourth, send in the necessary paperwork.
5. Fifth, pay your package in full 45 days prior. Feel free to spread out your payments or pay in one lump sum.
You are now finished. All you have to do is show up and say "I Do".
Upon your arrival at Beaches Turks and Caicos, you will have an appointment with the resort wedding coordinator. At this appointment, you will confirm all of your chosen options and finalize any last details.
